The Olathe City Council will meet Tuesday, July 21, at 7 p.m. in Council Chamber of City Hall for a regular session. Phantom Blues Band closes out 2015 summer concert series Friday, July 24

The award-winning Phantom Blues Band closes out the 2015 Olathe Free Summer Concert Series on Friday, July 24 with its mix of jazz, rhythm and blues, gospel, rock and roll, and reggae.
