A child’s honesty? It’s overrated!

It was a great Friday afternoon: sun shining, bright blue sky, warm, a soft gentle breeze and my 2-1/2-year-old granddaughter and I were at the city park near the Indian Creek Library branch where Olathe hosts its annual summer concerts.

Life was good!

Before going to the park, we had stopped to get some “treats” and water. Rylin enjoys taking walks on the paths between playing on the pirate boat slides and being pushed on the swings. And, of course, I enjoy doing those things with her. It helps me to keep feeling young.
